Joining a Reading Challenge

I always like a good challenge and I have learned from my 101 in 1001 days challenge, that accountability through posting keeps me on track with my goals.  Also, through my 101 in 1001 days, I have reached my reading goal and it did translate into a habit.  I am back to reading regularly for pleasure, but I want to make sure I keep on that track!

I came across this challenge from Christina at Reading Extensively and since I hate to read a book after I have seen the movie, I am going to join this challenge on a level one : to read 5 books that have been made into movies and then watch the movie!

Read the blog entry to see the rules, but I hope you join us on this reading challenge!

My first one will  be The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo since I was given it for Christmas.  Started reading it the other night and after I made it through the first few chapters, it started getting good!

I might also do a reread on One for the Money by Janet Evanovich since it is going to be a movie this year! (Can't wait since I have read 15 out of 16  in the series.)

Here's to reading and rising to a challenge!

Thanks for signing up for the Page to Screen challenge.

If you have any reviews for January, you can post them here

I am planning to read The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo too. I got the whole trilogy for Christmas. I've been wanting to watch the movies but felt I should read the books first. Good luck with the challenge!
